apkflo.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can ask us to remove content they believe infringes their rights, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What apkflo.com is

apkflo.com is an informational website that lists Android apps and games with their version details, descriptions and screenshots. All app names, logos, trademarks and related content belong to their respective owners and developers. We do not claim ownership of any third-party app or brand.

How to send a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice through our Contact page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. Your notice must include:

  • Your full name, and your company name if you act for a company.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on apkflo.com of the content you want removed.
  • Your contact details (email address, and phone number if possible).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it promptly. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content in question, usually within a few business days. We may pass your notice, or a summary of it, to the person who published the content.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice through the same Contact page. It must include your contact details, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly sending a false or misleading notice can have legal consequences. Please make sure your claim is genuine before submitting it.
